I feel I need to just jot down what Julia has been doing the last month before I totally forget. She is the third child and I know now that you won't always remember everything, like I thought with Grace, how could I possibly forget THAT?!? It does happen.
When you sneeze she says "Bless"
When she walks down the stairs she wants to walk and not crawl or slide.
She has already been in time out in her crib for biting and hitting her brother.
She loves baby dolls.
She calls herself the baby.
She has two great friends, "Ash and Lukie"
She gives the BEST "HUGGIE!!" She will walk up to you and say "HUGGIE, HUGGIE!!"
This morning when I went in to get her she proceeded to talk to me about everything in and around her crib.
She is very good at helping to pick up.
Her MOST favorite thing is to throw food and/or sippy cups on the floor when she is done with them.....to see my reaction.
The other day she had a bow I had made in her hair, she proceeded to pull it out and then wave her finger at me and say "NO, NO, NO!"
She loves books all board books and many times over "BOOKIE!"
We say what does a cow say, MOO, What does a Sheep say, Baa, what do three singing pigs say, LA, LA!!!!!
I can honestly say that Grace and Caleb did NOT know what the TV or computer were at 20 months. Julia gets up in the morning and I put her in bed with me and I hear "TV, TV!" When we go downstairs it is "Pooh, Tubby!" In the car it has to be Baby Einstein and she loves www.kneebonkers.com Okay I will say, she doesn't get electronics 24 hours a day, I swear! Cute of her to ask though.
Another of her favorite things is to carry things around in gift bags, such a young shopper, where did she learn that?!?!
Favorite food? She is luckily getting less picky, thank god, but one of our favorites is Edamamae, "Ma-mae!"
Her favorite animal used to be "Doggie!" Now it is "Froggie!" She will sit in the tub and point to the paintings on the wall.."Mouse, Mickey....Tiggie, in the tub with her are froggie and duckie!
I am sooooo much enjoying this wonderful stage of learning, vocabulary, exploration, and the cutest sayings in the world.
I am sure I will think of more, but at least these are documented!

The BEST restaurant!
Our Creative one, Grace came to us last week and wanted to have a restaurant, I was tired, but said go and make what you want to make in the art area and it turned out to be a sign with the name of the restaurant and the menus, so cute. She helped me make the dinner and then went upstairs and layed out my clothes, I didn't want to change, but she told me sweatpants just "wouldn't do"! We had a wonderful meal and she waited on us the whole time, she was absolutely precious and I will be saving the menus with her phonetic spelling especially of tortellini in a scrapbook.
The kids got the Wii for christmas and ALL of them, including and mostly Kurt love playing. They have Mario Galaxy, Star Wars, Sports and Playground and for Grace and me High School Musical, it really is fun for the whole family.
Grace's next ice skating competition is in the plans. It is March 29th and she gets to start working on her routine early. I so much want her to skate to Josh Groban, my new favorite, but she informs me that she would prefer classical music, well OKAY!!! We will also be adding a new coach.
The kids are still not back in school, not until Tuesday!!! Why oh Why do they need a teacher work day on Monday, in my opinion they should have had it last friday, can't they feel for these moms with their husbands deployed, and some of us who don't have deployed spouses, we are all going CRAZY!!!!
Julia has had a language explosion and will try to say any word that you ask her. She like Caleb did call Grace-Dace, interesting. Caleb continues to be Ba Ba. She still loves books and is hooked on this 100 first words book that she got for her first birthday. She loves for you to ask her, where is the banana? etc. We of course think she is brilliant. I am really enjoying her language progression!!
I hope everyone had a fabulous holiday, we are so incredibly blessed.
