Julia at 28 months....
She is absolutely hilarious. She loves to go up to people and say "What's your name?" She loves to say "I Na Know" I always say to her "Are you my baby?" and she now says "I not baby, I JULIA!" She pretty much has her shapes and colors down, but is not interested in the potty at all, I think I need to give it up for now. She can now open door knobs! Her latest annoying trick is to say " What?.....What?....What?" When I know darn well that she has heard me. She is incredibly aware of the world around her and is constantly asking questions and making observations about it. Pretty much when we do anything thing, like today for example she said "I had fun at library!" She really is an incredibly happy girl. She goes to hourly care on post and finally likes it, she asked if she could take the bus! I said, no mommy is going to cry when you take the bus!
Exciting weekend!
The grandparents came to visit and a lot was accomplished! For fun, we took the kids to see The Greatest Show on Earth and it truly was amazing. Julia would say, I saw Ephalents, I saw Tigers! We were all totally in awe. They wouldn't let me bring my camera in, so I don't have any pictures. The very next day, we went to the Puyallup Fair and luckily it was military day with dollar rides and free admission. I do have some pictures on my new phone and when I figure out how to get them off I will post them. The kids had a great time on all the rides and even Julia would go on the rides by herself and she had a blast. Grace and Caleb were introduced to laser tag and they are now hooked. Thanks to all the extra hands it was a great weekend. Now for the work that was done. My shower got a tiled floor, tulips, crocuses and hydrangeas were planted, a wall was fixed, wow!!!!Thursday, September 4, 2008
